- Called off in time, it goes backMore than 24 hours before, the customer is refunded on its own. Later, or nobody turns up, the shop keeps it. If the shop cancels, it is always refunded.
- The rest is paid in the chairThe deposit comes off the price. A $40 fade with a $10 deposit is $30 on the day.
